HOW MUCH IS TUITION? (2010 - 2011 pricing)

1st year students
The total cost for tuition per school year is $4,500.
2nd year students:
The total tuition cost is $4,000.
3rd year students
The total tuition cost is $3,250.

What do Tuition Fees Include?

MC Classes and Books

Along with the hands on learning that takes place at NCMC we also incorporate practical classes that will help you grow in your walk with the Lord and also provide practical training. The classes, that are taught by pastors, are great classes for anyone to learn but especially if you feel called into ministry. If a student stays with the NCMC program for 3 years they will have all of the educational requirements met to receive ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God.* If a student wants to come for one or two years they will still receive excellent training and will leave with a solid relationship with the Lord.
Our classes are not credited and will not transfer to a college or university. We also cannot offer financial aid.

*Please note that ministerial credentials are subject to approval by the district and General Council offices.

9 Months Accomodation

North Carolina Master's Commission has been birthed out of much prayer, planning and patience. First Assembly of God has facilities that are perfect for hosting a year round team. Male students live at a house located on the church property. For the women's housing we own two, fully equipped, adjoining apartments near our facility.

Food

NCMC students have access to a well-equipped kitchen. Meals for breakfast, lunch and dinners are provided. Students are responsible for preparing meals on a rotation basis.

Laundry Facilities

A clothes washer and dryer are available on site for student use.

Transportation

We ask that each NCMC student bring their own car. While this is not necessary it does help as there will be times when students will need their own transportation. Gas money will be provided if you are asked to drive on a ministry trip. This will usually only be a short distance. For longer trips we have ministry vehicles available for our use.

*Although mission trip costs are not built into the tuition we typically do fundraisers throughout the year to pay for most of the mission trip expenses.

Do you accept Financial Aid?

NCMC is not set up to accept Federal Financial Aid.

What kind of payment plan do you offer?

Payment Plan (2009 - 2010)

We prefer students to pay their tuition all at once but realize this is not always possible. In order to make the payments easier we have broken down the payment into several installments:

$650 - Due upon acceptance

$800 - Due September 1st

$610 - Due October 1st

Will NC:MC come to our church?

We love to connect with churches and youth ministries to do services, youth rallies, and help with events and outreaches. We are also willing to come and do a special workshop with your youth and do training for a human video or dance team. We are willing to work with a group of any size to help it get started or with an existing group to teach new human videos or dances.

What do you do in a typical service?

Our students will minister in your church through dance and drama, music, testimonies and preaching. These students have a powerful anointing to minister, their passion for Jesus is contagious. You will be blessed by them.

How much do you charge to come do a service, drama workshop, etc.

We are about ministry and are not concerned about having any set amount. We are willing to come for a love offering of any amount and just ask that it is enough to cover any fuel, meal or housing cost that we may have associated with the trip.

Do you travel to other states?

Yes we often do travel to other states and we would be happy to discuss coming to your church even if you are not in or near NC.

How do I set up a service or event?

Scholarship Info for 2010:

We are currently accepting applications for scholarships for the 2010 year. Scholarships of $500 or $1000 will be given in the following areas:

1. Piano

2. Drums

3. Guitar

Students must be proficient in one of the above areas and have been used in these areas for worship in the past. Students must submit a video of them playing solo either by email to info@ncmconline.com or by mail to: NCMC 909 Meadowbrook Rd. Asheboro, NC 27203.

All entries must be received by May 15. Scholarships will be awarded on a first come basis for qualifying students.

NC:MC is involved in a variety of ministries on a regular basis. Our goal is to not only give our students classroom training but to provide them with real-life, hands-on ministry opportunities. OUR MISSION:

TO KNOW GOD AND TO MAKE GOD KNOWN IN THE WORLD

NC: Master's Commission exists to disciple students and help them grow and mature in their walk with God while at the same time training them to do the work of the ministry. Students are involved in active hands-on ministry, making God known in the world as they learn.

Many student come to NC: Master's Commission to be discipled for a year. This is a great opportunity for them! NCMC staff pour into their lives, they build lasting Christian relationships and are involved in active ministry that they will put into use for the rest of their lives.

While we understand that not every student feels a call into full-time ministry, we believe that we all have a mission of serving Jesus and reaching the lost.

Many students that come to NC: Master's Commission feel called to serve in the ministry. We help prepare them for a life of serving in ministry through hands-on learning as well as classroom education. Our pastoral staff teaches classes that will help the student in their future. These classes count toward a license to preach with the Assemblies of God. If a student participates in two years of NCMC they will have all of the educational requirements met to apply for a "Certified Ministers License" with the Assemblies of God. After three years students will have the educational requirements for a full "License to Preach". These licenses are subject to approval with the District and General Council of the A/G.
